License
PromptCraft is proprietary commercial software. Purchasing a license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use PromptCraft on the number of machines specified by your license tier.
- Pro License: Up to 3 machines. Perpetual. No subscription required.
- Cloud License: Up to 5 machines. Monthly subscription. Access to the cloud relay and context memory features.
Permitted use
You may use PromptCraft for personal and commercial purposes on machines you own or control. You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell PromptCraft or its license keys.
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Pro licenses. For Cloud subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for Cloud subscriptions are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact hello@promptcraft.app.
Service availability
The Cloud relay is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced where possible. The local Pro tier is not affected by service availability.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use PromptCraft to generate illegal content, circumvent AI safety systems, or violate the terms of service of any AI provider integrated with PromptCraft.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of PromptCraft after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be communicated by email.
